First of all I wanted to say thank you to anyone who may read this blog who has been praying for me and for our family. It has been quite the week! It started with Mother's day, then Grandpa Matlock's passing, then the Steve Stetler family's going away services at church, and Grandpa's viewing and funeral. Also, that same evening as the funeral there was also the awards ceremony and Kindergarten graduation at school. Thank you all for your prayers. The Matlock family has certainly felt them!
I really could go on and on about my week. It has been so, so busy. There were days where I just felt so exhausted that I would try to sneak in a nap or just rest my eyes for a few minutes. Finally I got to sleep in on Saturday before I began my long day of catching up on buying groceries and house cleaning (which I am still extremely behind on!). Today I have plans to get my laundry caught up and get my house at least in order before I do some big projects around here. Justin is so excited because school is finally out. I am hoping for a really nice summer. I plan on doing a lot of library visits, playing at the park, and meeting with cousins. We really love to do cousin nights where we get together and play games and we are really due for one of those!
I am posting some pictures of the boys I took right before mother's day where they were playing outside. I noticed that I really don't have any closeups of them on this blog and I must, must share their handsome (slightly dirty) faces!

Good to have you back. I enjoyed the close up shots of your boys. Wow, they certainly look like their parents. What handsome boys.
Bless your heart...that is sad that your Grandpa died. It does sound like you had a VERY BUSY week! Dad Sankey had told us about all of the activities going on around there. That is sad that the Stetlers are leaving, but Glad that they are minding God!
