I can't believe they were really that big - incredible! Not that you guys need any more Morels (but I suppose you could give them away) - we're hosting a mushroom recipe contest and the winner will be mailed 2 lbs. of morels. I would guess with that many, you guys probably have some great applications. If so, consider submitting a recipe to http://marxfoods.com (contest link is under Kobe burger)
They were delicious! I deep fried them (crunchy outside). Yum! Mark & Vonnie, you must not have tried these (or did someone boil them for you?). They are soooo good!
yummm...those are so good. They look gross, but they are good. I remember you made some and they were really good, but you said you messed up on them and they are even better when you cook them right.
